Jeff Velez is an award-winning, American Producer, Writer, Director, Actor, and Comedian with 15 years’ experience. He started working in the Film/TV industry when he was fifteen. For his first TV job he worked at a Local Access Television Station in New Jersey, there he learned screenwriting, producing, directing, cinematography, lighting, editing, and much more. The New Jersey Star-Ledger State Newspaper wrote a cover article about him, praising his outstanding work in local access television.

 

Since 2019, Jeff went onto being an Executive Producer and Lead Producer on five amazing films that were made in three countries, leading him to win awards internationally. Filmmaking is not Jeff’s only passion, he also loves acting and stand-up comedy. He has performed in multiple theater productions at Brookdale’s Performing Arts Center in Lincroft, NJ, New Jersey Churches, and has acted in multiple films. Jeff has also performed Stand-up Comedy at the famous Gotham Comedy Club Main Stage in New York City and at the renown Scotty’s Comedy Cove in New Jersey. 

 

In 2021, Jeff went onto become the Founder & Owner of Stay Lucid Productions LLC. Since he is a huge fan of the Sci-Fi & Horror genres, he wanted to create his own production company that focuses on making Sci-Fi & Horror movies internationally. Stay Lucid Productions first film release "In Proximity" a Sci-Fi Thriller was an official selection and award-nominated at five film festivals in three countries.
